Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING QUICK FACTS
We will ship your order within 7 days. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. If an order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it may ship is Monday.
Signature Requirement & Liability
A signature is recommended for all shipments above $50. If you choose not to sign for your shipment, or if you authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature, Baobab Living cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

International Addresses
At the moment, we do not ship to international addresses, except for Canada. Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred upon arrival. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.
If your order could not be delivered because a wrong address was provided, the shipment will be returned to us. There may be additional shipping fees to resend the order.
SHIPPING RATES
- Orders over $150: Free Standard Shipping (UPS Ground or USPS)
- Orders under $150: Flat Rate $12.00
ESTIMATED SHIPPING DURATION
- United States (Mainland): 3–5 Business Days via UPS Ground or USPS.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email.
- Canada: 7–14 Business Days (Customs delays may apply).
RETURN POLICY
You may return items purchased directly from Baobab Living if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.
Condition of Returns
Because we are committed to sustainability and hygiene, items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been laundered or used, as they cannot be resold as new.
Packaging
Please ensure items are returned in their original bag or packaging. For a full refund, all items sent to you as a set (e.g., sheets and pillowcases) must be returned together.
Refunds & Fees
Your refund will be made to the original form of payment.
- Return Shipping: A flat fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label.
- Please wait up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed after we receive your return.
Promotional Items & "Final Sale"
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you received a "Free Gift" with your order, this item must be returned along with your qualifying purchase. If the gift is kept, its retail value will be deducted from your total refund.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your return for another item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the new product faster and that it doesn't go out of stock while your return is in transit.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Request a Return: Log in to your account at baobabliving.com to request a return label, or email us if you checked out as a guest.
2. Pack it up: Print the return label and stick it to the package. Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label.
3. Ship it: Take the package to any UPS Store or Drop-off Location (or USPS if specified on your label).
4. Notification: We will notify you via email within 10 business days of receiving the returned items to confirm your refund.
